Founder and Chief Scientific Officer: Dr. Rashmi Jha is  founder and serves as  Chief Scientific Officer.  Dr. Jha has more than 20 years of experience in areas of advanced CMOS devices, CMOS Process Integration,  Emerging Logic and Memory Devices,  Devices and Architectures for Neuromorphic Computing, Circuit Design and Simulations.   She has extensive experience in this area both working in Semiconductor Industry (IBM Semiconductor Research and Development Center, East Fishkill, NY) and Academic Research Labs. She holds 13 US Patents and has several publications in this area.  She is a professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at University of Cincinnati.
